This month is going to be a hectic one. Several tasks at the office, Mas Fatih’s mini trip to Sari Roti, monthly visit to the doctor and… my birthday is coming 🙂
Still haven’t decide what to make and bring to the office for my birthday. I want it to be simple & easy to prepare, any suggestion? Or perhaps i should do pasta again like 2 years back.
Ok well, this dish didn’t come up the way i expected. It’s delish, but too boring for us. Didn’t give us special feeling. I already knew that soon as the kids took their second bites and continue eat with “that look”. Argghhh….

Sauted a spoonfull of shredded garlic with some melted salted buter. Stir until fragrant. Toss in a spoonfull of shredded carrot. Wait until transparant in color.
Added uncooked rice, mix well. Pour water, combine altogether. Put the lid on. Cook until all the water being absorb by the rice.
Heat your steamer, put your rice in. Steam it for half an hour.
Baked Chicken Cordon Bleau
Prepare 6 pieces of boneless breast that have been flaten. Seasoned with salt, pepper, and oregano. Set aside for 15 minutes.
Mix bread crumbs with parmesan cheese.
Mix corn flour with little bit of salt and 2 tbsp of water.
Take your boneless. Put a slice of smoked beef & cheddar cheese. Roll and sealed them with toothpick.
Put them in the corn flour mixture and than coated in bread crumbs.
Once all done, rest them in the freezer for one hour.
After one hour, placed the chicken in a baking pan. Drizzled them with melted butter. Bake in preheated oven 200 degree C for 30 – 45 minutes.
Wash and drained some cherry tomato. Put them in a blender. Seasoned with salt & pepper. Processed until fine and smooth. Lastly add EVOO. Run the blender again until thick.
Serve Garlic Rice, Baked Chicken Cordon Bleu with Tomato Cream.
