This is going to be a quick post. Been wanting to bake bread again but so lazy to knead, I desperately need bread maker…
50 gr cold butter
35 gr caster sugar
10 gr powdered milk
75 gr low protein flour (I used all purpose)
Mix all ingredients. Ready to use as a topping along with blueberry jam.
For chocolate cheese bread, I add 1 tsp of chocolate paste to the bread dough. Form into buns, and filled them with quick melt cheese.
