Wholewheat Pancake

This is a perfect dish for breakkie, suit our tummies because of the wholewheat.

150 g whole wheat flour
1 tsp double acting baking powder
½ tsp salt
50 g sugar
1 egg
250 ml buttermilk

Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Make a hole in the center, add in egg.
Pour buttermilk, fold throughly.
Rest the batter for 30 minutes.
Prepare a non stick pan, brush with butter. Skip this step if you have a good quality non stick pan.
Turn on the stove, medium heat. Cook the pancake. Wait until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip it, wait until browning.
Do the same thing with the rest of the batter.
Served them with chocolate sauce, jam, butter or maple syrup.
