Thai Stir Fry Chicken


Type of dish : main dish
Level of difficulty : super easy
Mood : sleepy

This is a quick & easy poultry dish. Tasty, sweet yet little bit spicy.

Boneless breast / thigh, cut into little square
Marinate :
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp chilli flakes
Extra sesoning :
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp grated ginger

Combine all marinate ingridients. Separate them into two parts.
Marinate chicken with one part of the sauce. Stored in the fridge for 1 hour.
Meanwhile for the other part of the sauce, add cornstarch, honey & ginger. Set aside.
Heat some canola oil & butter in the pan. Stir fry the chicken until opaque.
Pour the honey sauce in.
Adjust the taste with salt & pepper.
Cook until the liquid reduced.
Serve on top of a bowl of warm rice.
